Seatpost Clamp

Built to hold fast, ride after ride:

• CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum—lightweight, stiff, corrosion-resistant
• Form-tapped threads + A2-70 stainless M5 × 0.8 bolt for max strength
• Sizes: 31.8 / 34.9 mm (slightly oversized to accommodate paint)
• Made one small batch at a time in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Quick install:

• Clean seat-tube area; remove excess paint or debris.
• Add a thin layer of anti-seize on bolt threads (Park Tool ASC-1 or similar).
• Torque to 4.0 – 4.5 N·m. Reapply anti-seize whenever the bolt is removed.
